JOHNSTOWN, PA – The Johnstown Mill Rats are excited to announce the addition of Ryan Gindlesperger and Dr. Christie Cardellino to the Mill Rats ownership group.
“Ryan and Christie are long-time friends. They share the same vision that we do. Ryan helped us navigate the buyout of the team from the original ownership group, so we are excited to see him and his wife Christie come onboard as owners,” said Johnstown Family Entertainment Co-Owner Bart Vickroy. JFE is the entity that owns the Johnstown Mill Rats.
“We believe in Johnstown, and we’re big on family so this was a good fit for us. The Mill Rats have a great local ownership group that is committed to making our community a better place to live. As a group we’re also committed to doing whatever it takes to put a quality product on the field that fans will be proud to support. I remember growing up here and thinking there wasn’t much to do as a kid. I’ve seen that change quite a bit over the past few years, and the Mill Rats are just another means of providing families with good clean entertainment right here in Johnstown,” said Gindlesperger.
Gindlesperger & Cardellino join Dr. Alex & Melissa Pozun, Dr. Matthew & Bristy Perry, Chad & Jill Gontkovic, and Bart & Stacy Vickroy who bought out the original franchise owners in October of this year.
Gindlesperger and his wife Christie reside in Richland Township with their three children.
