Greg brings a blend of advanced baseball knowledge with financial industry experience to his role as General Manager of the Mill Rats.
From 2013 – 2018, Greg played first base for the Marist College Red Foxes D1 baseball team, winning a 2017 MAAC Championship, one of his proudest accomplishments. Upon graduation, he worked for JP Morgan Chase in New York City as a financial analyst before pivoting to a Data Analyst role with Bank of New York Mellon in Pittsburgh in 2020. Ultimately, his passion for the game brought him back to baseball.
In 2021, Greg served as the Mill Rats hitting coach in their inaugural season. The squad posted a .285 team batting average, good for third in the league, highlighted by Ben Newbert winning The Prospect League batting title. Greg assumed the GM role with the Mill Rats prior to the 2022 season.
Director of Ticket Sales
Conor Joins the Mill Rats after a lengthy stint with another prospect league team, the Normal CornBelters, and brings with him extensive knowledge of sales and baseball.
Born and raised in Kings Park, NY, Conor first moved to western Pennsylvania in 2017, when he started his education at California University of Pennsylvania. Conor was a member of the Cross Country team and Sport Management club for the university, and undertook many other ventures during his time at Cal U, including summer work for the Pittsburgh Pirates in 2019. Conor secured an internship with the CornBelters in 2021 and became very involved in the sales department. After graduating from Cal U in December of 2021, he stayed in Normal to help with day to day operations before arriving in Johnstown in March.
Director of Partnerships
Lisa is a Westmont native, born and raised in Johnstown. She loves her city and is very vested in the community through various boards and activities.
Previously working in television, Lisa has done work at multiple local businesses through her Talisman Agency, notably with Memorial Highway Chevrolet and is responsible for their successful marketing strategy. Lisa brings a plethora of marketing experience to the field and looks forward to building the Mill Rats into a household name and Johnstown staple.
