Director of Partnerships
Lisa is a Westmont native, born and raised in Johnstown. She loves her city and is very vested in the community through various boards and activities.
Previously working in television, Lisa has done work at multiple local businesses through her Talisman Agency, notably with Memorial Highway Chevrolet and is responsible for their successful marketing strategy. Lisa brings a plethora of marketing experience to the field and looks forward to building the Mill Rats into a household name and Johnstown staple.
Assistant General Manager
Sarah is a Johnstown native, born and raised in Windber. She has a passion for baseball, and the city and people of Johnstown. Over the past number of years, Sarah has assisted many local businesses and community events with advertising, marketing and graphic elements.
She brings extensive knowledge in events management and sales, as well as networking and marketing skills to the Mill Rats organization. Sarah will use her background to grow the Mill Rats brand showcase family fun folks can enjoy at The Point.
George was born in Washington, DC and raised in Windber, PA. A devoted Rambler, George was a catcher for 3 years at Windber Area High School and also played one “not so glorious” semester of “fall ball” as a 2nd-baseman for the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.
George’s broadcast career has been much more memorable! He is the former voice of the Johnstown Chiefs and Nashville Knights (both of the ECHL) and also serves as the play-by-play voice for dozens of high school football and basketball games each year for WAHS.
George will handle media relations duties beginning this year and will call his 3rd season of Mill Rats’ baseball in the summer of 2023. He can also be heard daily on “Froggy 95.5” radio in Johnstown, where he serves as Program Director and Afternoon Personality.
Marketing & Sales Intern
Phoebe is a Pittsburgh native and is currently a senior communication and public relations major at Robert Morris University. She was a marketing intern for the Johnstown Mill Rats during their 2022 season where she developed a passion for the organization and the sport. She is currently a sales and marketing intern for the organization once again.
Phoebe is dedicated to seeing the organization continue to grow and is excited to continue the work she started with the team last season. She is knowledgeable in game-day operations and is looking forward to helping the next group of Mill Rats’ interns create a fun, exciting atmosphere for fans at the ballpark this summer.
